The Flatirons Jazz Orchestra – featuring Deborah Stafford at the NEW Dazzle
Join us Monday night, June 17, at the NEW DCPA LOCATION for an all-new show in the “Stories of Standards” series.
Everyone plays “In the Mood” and “Take the A Train” and “Sing Sing Sing.” But there’s a LOT of great music that was at the top of the Hit Parade back in the day, that you don’t hear today. Featuring music from the great big bands: Basie, Kenton, Ellington, Herman, Goodman, Dorsey, Buddy Rich, and more. Inspired by the “Stories of Standards” on KUVO, this popular series looks deeper into the artists and history behind the music.
One show, 7:00 to 8:30. Doors open at 5:30. Reserved seating so get your great seats now.
(plus fees) online.
These shows sell out early, so advanced tickets are strongly recommended
